We want to make you a satisfied customer.  All cattle are sold pursuant to the suggested terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.  If an animal proves to be functionally infertile within six (6) months of the date of sale, we should be notified before you cull your infertile animal. Any claim regarding an infertile animal must be in writing within 180 days from the sale date and accompanied by a written verification by a licensed veterinarian. This guarantee does not cover negligence or improper care on the part of the owner. Once an animal is purchased, it is the sole responsibility of the new owner.  We will not refund the purchase price or replace an animal if it is killed or dies for any reason.
